We love to move and we love to move good. Every movement modality is approached from our fundamental belief that movement is healing. This means our formats are succinct and organized and our teachers are trained and deliberate in their approach. Our focus is on mindfulness and nourishment to the body and mind to provide a physically, emotionally, and even spiritually therapeutic experience. 

Each of our classes are programmed to represent the fundamental values in each form. We love the foundation of each of our modalities and are committed to maintaining the highest standard within each of them. HOT PILATES

An energizing and upbeat movement inspired by classical Pilates form, this class utilizes breath work, muscle group focus, and a HIIT series to activate heart health and boost the metabolism. Soleil’s Hot Pilates Method is focused on principles of control, precision, flow, and breath. Each teacher brings the versatility of their unique personality and music preference while optimizing maximum muscle building and heart awakening through an efficient movement. Come to party, come to get hype, come to feel alive, come to feel revitalized. Each class finishes with a mindful Savasana, encouraging you to leave class feeling more connected and collected.

An incredibly comprehensive and therapeutic movement, this Hatha yoga format provides healing from the outside in. This is a set, standardized movement of 26 postures or asanas with two breathing exercises. Embodying deep mindfulness and discipline, this movement will work you from the outside in, giving you incredible physical benefits for mobility and range of motion.

You will notice muscle sculpting through maximum activation of your entire body's muscle groups and a deep connection to mind and body through the practice of breath and stillness. A teacher-led articulation of postures, this class is famous for incredible and fast results, because of the phenomenon of Hatha yoga: moving your body with exactness to connect to your mind.

Each teacher brings the versatility of their own unique personality and music preference while optimizing maximum muscle building and heart awakening. VINYASA

An invigorating movement experience of movement to breath and breath to movement through yoga asana. Vinyasa offers both the connectivity of breath and mindfulness with active body movement through each sequence. In this format, postures are continuously flowed together with breath as the guide, enhancing the movement to be energizing, revitalizing, and soothing.

Within the wide range of Vinyasa sequencing, each of our teachers provide an incredible experience customized from their personal training, giving you the opportunity to enjoy classes with variety and new experiences. In our vinyasa classes, you can always count on a mindful class with intention and a final meditative, guided Savasana.
