Welcome! We are so glad you’re here. At Soleil, all of our classes are held in our infrared heated studio. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in, sign our waiver, and talk with your instructor if you have any questions. Our classes are open to all levels - just come prepared to sweat, move, and feel amazing!

How do I book a class?

We use the Mindbody platform in order to schedule our classes. You can access this through our website here or by downloading the Mindbody app and finding our studio. Booking opens 1 week prior to each class.
The MOST efficient way to book and manage classes is through the Mindbody App. You can manage your account, payments, and class schedule from there. Get the app!

What should I bring and wear?

For your class, we recommend bringing a refillable water bottle, your favorite yoga mat, and towel. If you don’t have one, no problem! We have mats and towels available to rent at our studio.
For clothing, we recommend breathable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move comfortably.
